Tier-1 equipment we use ourselves

We don't sell whatever happens to be in stock. Trina Solar and LONGi panels, Huawei inverters - equipment with factory warranties, global service and proven compatibility.

A power system needs to run for 25+ years - longer than most machines on your site. That's why we choose equipment on two criteria: the manufacturer has to be financially stable (a tier-1 name), and warranties have to be enforceable in Europe, backed by a service network and available spare parts. Trina Solar and LONGi are among the world's largest panel manufacturers; the Huawei SUN2000 series is the standard for commercial inverter installations.

We use the same Trina + Huawei combination on our own power system on the IC Systems roof - we installed the equipment we stand behind on our own building first. Every product below has an official PDF datasheet, with no repackaged specifications.

Questions about equipment

Why Trina Solar and Huawei specifically?

Both are tier-1 manufacturers with global service and available spare parts - for a system that needs to run for 25+ years, that matters more than a few percent difference in price. Trina panels and Huawei inverters are also proven compatible with each other across thousands of installations.

Can I choose different equipment?

We can offer an alternative (e.g. LONGi panels) if the project calls for it - but we recommend what we stand behind: equipment we know well, work with regularly, and have service support for.

Who chooses the inverter size and model?

We do, from the calculation. The inverter isn't picked from a catalogue - it's chosen based on your real consumption profile, roof orientation and string configuration, as part of the design you receive in the quotation.
