Who processes your data

What data we collect

Data you send us yourself through our contact forms: your name or company name, phone number, email, property location and electricity consumption details. If you use the bill OCR tool, the PDF or image you upload is processed temporarily. If you use the technical assistant, the text of your question and a limited context of the current conversation is processed.

Measuring ad performance

The website uses Google Ads tools to measure the performance of our advertising. This helps us understand whether a visit following an ad click resulted in an enquiry.

Google may use cookies and similar technologies for measurement purposes. In regions where required, their use is restricted in accordance with applicable consent settings.

The data is used to analyse and improve our advertising campaigns.

Automated bill and question processing

Bill OCR and the technical assistant use the OpenAI API as an external processing service. API requests are sent with response storage disabled (store: false). The application does not save the original bill or the conversation in its own database. The limited conversation context is stored only in the current browser session. If you then submit the contact form with consent, that context is forwarded together with your inquiry so an engineer doesn't have to ask you to repeat the same question. Please don't send data that isn't needed for the assessment.

The technical assistant's response is informational only. An engineer confirms the final price, timeline, configuration and technical solution.

Why we use this data

We use your data solely to prepare a quotation and to communicate about your inquiry. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except where necessary to carry out a project (e.g. the grid-connection procedure with the relevant grid operator).

How long we keep it, and your rights

We retain your data for as long as the communication about your inquiry, or the contractual relationship, lasts. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time - simply email the address above.
